Abstract:
Objective To summarize the normal reference values of atrioventricular diameter and cardiac function parameters in Kunming local healthy population by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) . Methods The 1.5T magnetic resonance scanner was used routinely to link the vector gating and according to a rapid steady-state balance precession sequence was applied to perform a cardiac cine scan in 97 Kunming local healthy volunteers. The acquisition of cardiac cine images included the left ventricular horizontal long axis (HLA) , the left ventricular vertical long axis (VLA) , the left ventricular short axis (SA) , the left and right atrial axial.Following the scan, AW Report CARD 4.4 heart specific analysis software was used to measure the linear length of image and measure the volume of the image. The measured values were statistically processed to obtain the mean parameters of the heart, atrioventricular and cardiac functions. Non-Paired T tests were performed for male and female corresponding parameters. Meanwhile the relationship between these corresponding parameters and UCG was researched. Results All volunteers received high-quality heart tomographic images and the sampling points were legible. Multiple parameters of cardiac atrioventricular line and cardiac function were obtained, according to heart tomographic images. All of the above cardiac atrioventricular values were positively correlated with UCG measurements. No significant association was found in left and right ventricular ejection fraction (P>0.05) , cardiac index (P >0.05) and sex (P >0.05) . However, all the other indexes were statistically significant (P<0.05) . The results also showed that the thickness of the left ventricular anterior chamber, the left ventricular posterior wall thickness, the left ventricular ejection fraction, and the right ventricular ejection fraction were slightly higher than those in the plain region (P <0.05) .Conclusion Heart magnetic resonance scanning can obtain reliable atrioventricular line and ventricular systolic function in Kunming local healthy population.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effects of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) and dynamic hip system (DHS) on the unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 64 cases of unstable intertrochanteric fracture patients were screened, and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group when admitted into hospital, and were respectively given proximal femoral nail anti-rotation and dynamic hip system treatment. The postoperative curative effects, complications incidences and hp functions in these two groups were investigated. Results There were 24 cases of one-stage healing in the observation group, 15 cases of one-stage healing in the control group; there were 7 cases of two-stage healing in the control group, 10 cases of two-stage healing in the observation group, there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05) . The hip functions score in the observation group was (90.5 ± 6.7) points, control group (79.5 ±7.9) points, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05) . The complications incidence in the observation was 3.1%, control group 25.0%, with significant difference, P <0.05. Conclusion The proximal femoral nail anti-rotation can improve better the condition and recover the hip function of patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of stress disorder in patients with induced abortion and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods Abortion patients who received review (one month after surgery) or surgery (two years had a history of abortion) from department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in three medical institutions in Kunming from June 2016 to March 2017 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. The posttraumatic stress disorder scale (PCL-C) , hospital depression and anxiety scale (HADS) were used to measure the psychological status of the patients, application of spss 22.0 for statistical description and analysis. Results For 159 respondents, PCL-C score was 17-62 points, the average score (34.84 ±11.72) , PTSD positive detection of a total of 25 (15.7%) , Logistic regression analysis showed that Influencing factors of PTSD were marital status, account location, life satisfaction, trauma history, family economic status, anxiety status (P <0.05) .Conclusions The age of the abortion population is low. Induced abortion in patients with psychological difficulties, anxiety and depression are ubiquitous. Whether the increased risk of PTSD after induced abortion is still no consensus, traumatic history in this study may be a confounding factor, exaggerated the contribution of abortion to PTSD, to continue the relevant cohort study is necessary.

Objective To understand about sources and ways of acquiring HIV/AIDS knowledge, willing to accept the ways of education and the demand situation among undergraduates from the different universities in Yunnan province, and provide scientific basis for making more effective health education strategy. Methods Using stratified random cluster sampling method, 1179 first and second year students from four different type universities (Kunming Medical University, Dali University, Yunnan Art Institute and Yunnan University) in different areas of Yunnan province ( Kunming and Dali) were selected and surveyed by anonymous questionnaire. Results HIV/AIDS knowledge of undergraduates from the different universities in Yunnan province came mainly from different schools (56.3% 80.3%) , followed by friends or partners (15.0 28.7%) .There were differences in the the same soure from four universities (P <0.05) . On channals to access that, the medical students accepted mainly through the classroom learning (39.0% 45.0%) , but students among arts and comprehensive universities tot mainly by the network or the news media (34.7% 36.2%) . There were differences in classroom teaching, news media and discussion from others (P <0.05) .The most willing to accept the way of HIV/AIDS health education among undergraduates was "watch the related video" of that (38.7% 62.0%) . There was on differen in being expected ways of doing things at watching video, knowledge lecture, classroom teaching and propaganda column column and leaflets (P > 0.05) among four universities.Undergraduates from four different universities hoped consistenly to carry out more special topic lecture (50.7%54.5%) . There were differences on demand of special topic lecture and classroom teaching (P <0.05) , which not different on demand of installing auto selling condom machine and propaganda column column and leaflets (P >0.05) from undergraduates from four different universitiess. Conclusions Although there are many differences among undergraduates from the different universities in Yunnan province, they have some sameness as well. According to different characteristics of their students and the actual situation in different universities, they should be targeted to carry out health education, and constantly improve undergraduates' cogntive level about HIV/AIDS knowledge in multi-ethnic frontier areas, which may help to form a correct attitude and behavior for them, then prevent and control the spread of HIV/AIDS.

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of different disinfection methods on skin disinfection effects in blood sampling, and to find a rapidly applicable method which is easy to operate and suitable for sampling of bloodculture. Methods We randomly sampled 303 patients in a 3A Grade Hospital from February 2016 to May2016, and chose three parts, the fossa of left and right elbow and the cubitus of right arm, from every patient. Then those patients were divided into three groups according to skin disinfection methods used before blood sampling. The first group underwent the disinfection method of blood sampling stipulated by America Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) ;the second group was applied on Anerdian clockwise for one time;the third group was applied on Anerdian both clockwise and counter-clockwise each once. A skin swab on the same spot of every group was conducted before and after the disinfection for bacterial culture and colony counting, which was statistically analyzed by χ2test. Results The difference of positive rate was statistically significant among three disinfection methods before and after disinfection (P1 <0.01; P2 <0.01; P3 <0.01) . No statistical significance was found in the difference between CLSI disinfection and both clockwise and counter-clockwise each once of Anerdian disinfection (P >0.05) ; statistical significance was found in the difference between CLSI disinfection and clockwise Anerdian disinfection once for each time (P <0.01) ; and there was statistical significance in the difference between both clockwise and counter-clockwise and clockwise Anerdian disinfection once for each time ( P <0.01) .Conclusions The effect of clockwise and counter-clockwise Anerdian disinfection once for each time is equivalent to that of the CLSI disinfection method for blood culture and sampling. Anerdian can be applied on skin disinfection for blood culture specimen via venous sampling, and it is more easy, rapid and economic to operate.
